  • Understand problems affecting the customer experience thoroughly enough to identify and advocate for the best solution
  • Model solid engineering practices around architectural design, testability, scalability and maintainability and contribute effectively to technical discussions across the team.
  • Build tools and processes to improve proactive monitoring and alerting, incident response, reducing toil, enhancing documentation, increasing observability coverage, and addressing technical debt as part of regular work.
  • Get to work across organizational boundaries - collaborating with IT Operations, Corporate Security, Public Cloud, and Engineering teams to ensure high availability of all Box services.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and drive improvements to incident response and system resilience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
