Deine Aufgaben

Gebäude betreuen. Technik im Blick behalten. Für einen reibungslosen Ablauf sorgen. Du hast handwerkliches Geschick, behältst gerne den Überblick und sorgst dafür, dass alles funktioniert? Dann unterstütze unser Team als Hausmeister (m/w/d) in unserem modernen Medienhaus.

  • Allgemeine Hausmeister- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten: Durchführung laufender Hausmeistertätigkeiten, Pflege der Gebäude und Außenanlagen sowie kleinere Reparaturen an Einrichtung und sanitären Anlagen.
  • Koordination von Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten: Kontrolle und Begleitung externer Dienstleister bei Instandhaltungs‑ und Reparaturmaßnahmen.
  • Unterstützung bei internen Abläufen: Mithilfe bei internen Umzügen, Auf‑ und Abbauten (z. B. für Veranstaltungen) sowie Übernahme von Kurierfahrten und Besorgungen.
  • Durchführung einfacher elektrotechnischer Arbeiten im Rahmen der Qualifikation: Dazu zählen z. B. der Austausch von Leuchtmitteln, Steckdosen und Schaltern, regelmäßige Prüfung vorhandener und neuer elektrischer Geräte, sowie die Unterstützung bei der Fehlersuche an einfachen elektrischen Anlagen.
  • Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Brandschutzvorschriften Sicherstellung der Einhaltung geltender Sicherheits‑, Arbeits‑ und Brandschutzbestimmungen.

Dein Profil

  • Idealerweise eine elektrotechnische Ausbildung (bevorzugt Elektriker / Elektroniker)
  • Handwerkliches Geschick & technisches Verständnis: Du bringst praktische Erfahrung im handwerklichen Bereich mit und hast ein gutes technisches Verständnis.
  • Selbstständige & zuverlässige Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, serviceorientiert und behältst auch bei wechselnden Aufgaben den Überblick.
  • Führerschein: Du verfügst über einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B.
  • Flexibilität: Du bist bereit, deine Arbeitszeit im Vertretungsfall vorübergehend anzupassen.
