Deine Aufgaben

Journalismus verändert sich – und du gestaltest ihn mit. In unserem Volontariat lernst du das journalistische Handwerk von Grund auf und entwickelst gleichzeitig die digitalen Kompetenzen, die moderne Redaktionen heute brauchen.

Du recherchierst Themen, führst Interviews und erzählst Geschichten für verschiedene Kanäle. Dabei lernst du, Inhalte zielgruppengerecht für Website, App, Newsletter, Social Media, Audio und Video aufzubereiten. Auch der professionelle Umgang mit Künstlicher Intelligenz gehört zu deiner Ausbildung: Du nutzt KI-Tools zur Rechercheunterstützung, Ideenfindung, Datenanalyse und Content-Produktion, immer nach journalistischen Qualitätsstandards.

Während deines Volontariats arbeitest du eng mit erfahrenen Redakteurinnen und Redakteuren zusammen und übernimmst früh Verantwortung für eigene Themen und Projekte. Du lernst moderne Redaktionssysteme, digitale Analysewerkzeuge und innovative Workflows kennen und wirst fit für die Redaktion der Zukunft.

Die Arbeit im Journalismus ist abwechslungsreich und oft dynamisch. Dazu gehören auch flexible Arbeitszeiten sowie gelegentliche Abend- und Wochenenddienste. Wenn du neugierig bist, gerne mit Menschen sprichst und Lust hast, die digitale Transformation des Journalismus mitzugestalten, bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Als Volontärin oder Volontär

  • recherchierst, verifizierst und bewertest du Informationen für unterschiedliche Kanäle
  • entwickelst du eigene Themen und erzählst Geschichten multimedial
  • produzierst du Inhalte für Website, App, Newsletter, Social Media sowie Audio- und Videoformate
  • nutzt du KI-Tools verantwortungsvoll zur Unterstützung journalistischer Arbeit
  • analysierst du Reichweiten, Nutzungsverhalten und Zielgruppenbedürfnisse
  • fotografierst, filmst und bearbeitest du multimediale Inhalte
  • arbeitest du mit freien Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern zusammen
  • wirkst du an der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Produkte und redaktioneller Workflows mit

Voraussetzungen Abitur oder Fachhochschulreife Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Führerschein ​Klasse B
