Pos System Tester

Cel stanowiska

Odpowiada za planowanie, realizację i dokumentowanie testów systemu kasowego oraz jego integracji z systemami współpracującymi. Zapewnia zgodność działania rozwiązania z wymaganiami biznesowymi i operacyjnymi, identyfikuje nieprawidłowości oraz wspiera proces wdrażania nowych funkcjonalności i aktualizacji systemu POS.

Zakres obowiązków

  • Przeprowadzanie testów End-to-End (E2E) obejmujących pełny proces sprzedaży realizowany przez system kasowy.
  • Weryfikacja poprawności działania procesów sprzedażowych, zwrotów, anulacji, rabatów, promocji, programów lojalnościowych oraz płatności.
  • Testowanie komunikacji i wymiany danych pomiędzy systemem kasowym a systemami współpracującymi, w szczególności Back Office System oraz innymi aplikacjami biznesowymi.
  • Weryfikacja współpracy systemu POS z urządzeniami peryferyjnymi, takimi jak terminale płatnicze, drukarki fiskalne, skanery kodów kreskowych, dystrybutory paliw oraz pozostała infrastruktura stacyjna.
  • Przygotowywanie, aktualizacja i utrzymywanie scenariuszy testowych oraz przypadków testowych.
  • Dokumentowanie wyników testów, identyfikowanie błędów oraz monitorowanie procesu ich usuwania.
  • Prowadzenie i bieżąca aktualizacja harmonogramu realizowanych scenariuszy testowych.
  • Współpraca z zespołami biznesowymi, technicznymi i dostawcami systemów w celu wyjaśniania oraz rozwiązywania wykrytych niezgodności.
  • Udział w testach akceptacyjnych użytkownika (UAT), pilotażach oraz przygotowaniu systemu do wdrożenia produkcyjnego.
  • Przygotowywanie raportów z przebiegu testów oraz rekomendacji dotyczących gotowości rozwiązania do wdrożenia.

Odpowiedzialność

  • Zapewnienie wysokiej jakości wdrażanych zmian i nowych funkcjonalności systemu POS.
  • Terminowa realizacja zaplanowanych testów zgodnie z harmonogramem projektu.
  • Rzetelne dokumentowanie wyników testów i zgłoszonych błędów.
  • Weryfikacja zgodności działania systemu z wymaganiami biznesowymi, operacyjnymi oraz technicznymi.
  • Ograniczenie ryzyka wystąpienia błędów produkcyjnych poprzez skuteczne testowanie rozwiązań przed wdrożeniem.

Kluczowe kompetencje

  • Znajomość procesów sprzedaży detalicznej i funkcjonowania systemów POS.
  • Umiejętność tworzenia scenariuszy i przypadków testowych.
  • Analityczne podejście do rozwiązywania problemów.
  • Dbałość o szczegóły i jakość dostarczanych wyników.
  • Umiejętność współpracy z interesariuszami biznesowymi i technologicznymi.
  • Dobra organizacja pracy oraz umiejętność prowadzenia wielu scenariuszy testowych jednocześnie.
