Mitarbeiter Produktionsplanung (m/w/d)

Ihre Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Termingerechte Kundenlieferungen sicherstellen
  • Terminieren der Belegung der Produktionsmaschinen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungsverantwortlichen unserer Produktion und damit zusammenhängend Grob\- / Feinplanung der Herstellung unserer Produkte, inkl. Terminkontrolle laufender Aufträge
  • Beschaffung von Rohmaterialien, Komponenten und Betriebsmitteln
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung der Einkaufsbestellungen, Terminüberwachung und \-kontrollen
  • Auftragsvergabe an externe Lieferanten mit Terminkontrolle und allen notwendigen Abklärungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungsverantwortlichen in der Produktion, den externen Lieferanten, mit der Verkaufsabteilung, unserer IT, sowie mit unserer Schwestergesellschaft in Tschechien
  • Einführung neuer Produkte, Stammdatenpflege wie auch die Terminüberwachung
  • Selbständige Lagerbewirtschaftung einzelner Produktegruppen
  • Rechnungskontrolle von Lieferanten

Ihr Anforderungsprofil

  • Kaufmännische oder Technische Grundausbildung mit kaufm. Weiterbildung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Produktionssteuerung und \-planung (PPS) einer Massenfertigung
  • Fundierte SAP Kenntnisse Modul PP und MM
  • Durchsetzungsstark
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und vernetztes Denken
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
