Estamos em busca de profissionais organizados, dinâmicos e com perfil operacional estratégico para atuar como Analistas de Eventos, compondo a equipe da Coordenação de Eventos em projetos realizados no estado de Goiás. A atuação será presencial, com participação na organização e execução de eventos institucionais, educacionais e corporativos.

Requisitos

* Experiência prévia na área de eventos, produção ou organização de projetos;

* Perfil organizado, proativo e com boa capacidade de resolução de problemas;

* Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e lidar com múltiplas demandas simultaneamente;

* Boa comunicação interpessoal e habilidade de relacionamento com fornecedores e clientes;

* Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão, planilhas e controle operacional;

* Disponibilidade para atuação presencial e deslocamentos dentro do estado de Goiás.

Diferenciais

* Experiência com eventos institucionais, educacionais ou governamentais;

* Vivência em produção de eventos de médio e grande porte;

* Conhecimento em processos administrativos e controle financeiro básico.

* Auxiliar no planejamento, organização e execução de eventos;

* Acompanhar cronogramas, demandas operacionais e fluxos de execução;

* Realizar contato e alinhamento com fornecedores, parceiros e equipes de apoio;

* Apoiar na gestão logística dos eventos, incluindo montagem, credenciamento, operação e desmontagem;

* Controlar materiais, contratos, pagamentos e demandas administrativas relacionadas aos projetos;

* Elaborar relatórios, planilhas e acompanhamento de custos;

* Garantir o cumprimento de prazos e padrões de qualidade dos eventos;

* Dar suporte à coordenação na gestão simultânea de diferentes eventos e ações.
