Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar no planejamento, organização e execução de eventos, garantindo a excelência operacional, o controle de recursos e a melhor experiência para participantes, clientes e stakeholders.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Planejar eventos por meio da elaboração de cronogramas, definição de recursos necessários e coordenação com fornecedores, assegurando a execução eficiente das atividades. Organizar a logística dos eventos utilizando ferramentas de controle e gestão, garantindo alinhamento entre todas as etapas operacionais e cumprimento dos prazos. Analisar orçamentos e propostas de fornecedores, avaliando custos e benefícios para otimizar recursos e garantir a viabilidade das ações. Elaborar relatórios de acompanhamento e resultados dos eventos, consolidando informações e indicadores para apoiar a tomada de decisão e identificar oportunidades de melhoria. Atuar na interface com equipes internas, fornecedores e demais parceiros, promovendo alinhamento, comunicação efetiva e integração entre as partes envolvidas. Acompanhar o cumprimento de normas, procedimentos e requisitos legais aplicáveis aos eventos, assegurando a conformidade das operações. Apoiar o desenvolvimento e a divulgação de ações de comunicação relacionadas aos eventos, contribuindo para o engajamento e alcance dos públicos de interesse. Elaborar e acompanhar orçamentos, controlar despesas, monitorar desvios e consolidar os custos realizados em comparação com o planejado, respeitando os fluxos de aprovação institucionais.Acompanhar entregas, prazos, qualidade, obrigações contratuais e conformidade com as condições negociadas, articulando-se com Suprimentos e as áreas responsáveis pelas aprovações.
