The posting

Desde 1999, a Braga IT oferece soluções personalizadas para empresas de diversos segmentos. Estamos em busca de um Analista de Redes Pleno para integrar nossa equipe e atuar no atendimento de incidentes e requisições de redes e segurança, além de participar de projetos de implantação e migração em ambientes de clientes.

Atividades:

  • Atendimento de incidentes e requisições de redes e segurança em nível N2;
  • Análise e diagnóstico de problemas de rede, realizando troubleshooting e identificação de causa raiz;
  • Escalonamento de chamados para o nível N3 quando necessário;
  • Configuração e sustentação de switches e roteadores;
  • Configuração e administração de VLANs, trunks, STP, LACP e roteamento estático e dinâmico;
  • Participação em projetos de implantação e migração de ambientes de clientes;
  • Realização de levantamentos técnicos, execução de atividades e acompanhamento de go-live;
  • Documentação de ambientes, topologias, procedimentos e mudanças;
  • Acompanhamento e execução de mudanças seguindo os processos estabelecidos;
  • Utilização de ferramentas como Wireshark, tcpdump e outras soluções para diagnóstico e análise de redes;
  • Apoio na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e evolução dos ambientes de rede;
  • Participação em projetos e atividades voltadas à infraestrutura e segurança de redes.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência com suporte e atendimento de redes em nível N2;
  • Conhecimento em switches e roteadores;
  • Conhecimento em VLANs, trunks, STP e LACP;
  • Conhecimento em roteamento estático e dinâmico;
  • Experiência com troubleshooting e diagnóstico de redes;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas como Wireshark e tcpdump;
  • Experiência com documentação de ambientes, topologias e procedimentos;
  • Experiência ou conhecimento em projetos de implantação e migração de ambientes;
  • Capacidade de análise de causa raiz e resolução de problemas;
  • Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe;
  • Perfil executor, com autonomia para conduzir atividades técnicas;
  • Interesse em desenvolvimento profissional e certificações na área de Redes.
