Responsabilidades e Atribuições

  • Administrar e configurar equipamentos e soluções de rede, com foco em firewalls Fortinet FortiGate.
  • Atender incidentes, requisições e mudanças conforme os processos e SLAs estabelecidos.
  • Realizar análise e resolução de problemas de conectividade, roteamento, VPN e segurança de rede.
  • Configurar e administrar políticas de firewall, regras de acesso, NAT, VPN IPsec e SSL VPN.
  • Monitorar o ambiente e atuar proativamente na identificação e correção de falhas.
  • Realizar troubleshooting de redes TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, roteamento e outros serviços relacionados.
  • Apoiar clientes em demandas técnicas relacionadas à conectividade e segurança dos ambientes.
  • Executar atualizações, manutenções preventivas e corretivas nos equipamentos e soluções sob sua responsabilidade.
  • Atuar em conjunto com as equipes de Sistemas Operacionais, Engenharia, Segurança e demais áreas para resolução de incidentes.
  • Elaborar e manter documentação técnica e procedimentos operacionais atualizados.
  • Realizar atendimento e comunicação técnica com clientes em espanhol.

Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Ensino Superior completo em Tecnologia da Informação, Redes de Computadores ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em administração e suporte de redes em ambientes corporativos ou Data Centers.
  • Conhecimento em soluções Fortinet, principalmente firewalls FortiGate. Outros vendors é um diferencial.
  • Conhecimento em TCP/IP, VLAN, roteamento, NAT, VPN IPsec e políticas de firewall.
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de monitoramento de infraestrutura.
  • Espanhol em nível intermediário ou avançado, com capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita para atendimento a clientes.
  • Disponibilidade para participação em escala de plantão.
