Шукаємо Billing & Payments Operations Manager, який/яка візьме повний ownership напряму billing & payments B2C-продукту - від побудови payment-інфраструктури та роботи з PSP/MID до моніторингу ключових метрик, risk management і системної оптимізації монетизації.

Що на тебе чекає:

→ можливість фактично з нуля побудувати та розвивати billing infrastructure міжнародного B2C-продукту;

→ повний ownership напряму та прямий вплив на revenue, conversion і LTV через покращення payment performance;

→ простір не просто підтримувати існуючі payment-процеси, а формувати billing strategy продукту та бачити прямий результат своїх рішень у бізнес-метриках;

→ можливість разом зі зростанням напряму розвиватися від Billing & Payments Operations Manager до Senior Billing/Payments Manager та Head of Billing/Payments / Payments Operations Lead.

Про тебе:

  • маєш 2+ роки досвіду у payments / billing / payment operations для B2C digital products;
  • маєш практичний досвід роботи з кількома PSP, merchant accounts / MID та recurring payments;
  • добре розумієш payment flow, approval/decline metrics, retry logic та payment routing;
  • розумієш payment risk processes: fraud, chargebacks, disputes та PSP/card-scheme risk programs;
  • вмієш аналізувати billing/payment data, знаходити root cause змін у метриках та приймати рішення на основі даних;
  • маєш сильний ownership і проактивність: самостійно знаходиш проблеми, пропонуєш рішення та доводиш їх до реалізації.

Буде плюсом, якщо ти:

  • маєш досвід у B2C SaaS / digital subscriptions і trial-based subscription model;
  • запускав/-ла billing у нових GEO та працював/-ла з локальними payment methods;
  • працював/-ла зі Stripe, Adyen, Checkout.com, PayPal, dLocal, Unlimit або іншими міжнародними PSP;
  • маєш досвід із payment orchestration, 3DS, network tokens, Account Updater, wallets та BI/дашбордами.

Про твої задачі:

  • будувати та розвивати billing/payment setup B2C-продукту;
  • визначати оптимальний набір PSP, MID і payment methods залежно від GEO, продукту та бізнес-задач;
  • супроводжувати onboarding нових PSP/MID — від комунікації з провайдерами до запуску інтеграції;
  • управляти payment routing, розподілом трафіку між PSP/MID та оптимізувати recurring payments і retry logic;
  • моніторити ключові billing/payment metrics: approval/decline rate, rebills, retries, refunds, chargebacks та disputes;
  • аналізувати зміни у payment metrics, знаходити root cause та впроваджувати рішення для покращення показників;
  • управляти payment risks: fraud, chargebacks, disputes та PSP/card-scheme thresholds;
  • знаходити й реалізовувати можливості для підвищення approval/rebill rate, покращення monetization та LTV разом із Product, Engineering, Finance і Legal.
