Шукаємо Finance Manager в нашу команду Mobile Studio. Твоя місія — забезпечувати прозорість і контроль фінансових процесів бізнес-юніту: від зовнішньої звітності та податків до щоденного обліку операцій і взаємодії з фінансовою аналітикою.

Про тебе:

  • Маєш 3+ роки досвіду роботи в іноземних компаніях або аудиті (Big4 буде значною перевагою);
  • Вільно володієш англійською мовою (рівень B2+ для усної та письмової комунікації);
  • Знаєш стандарти IFRS (МСФЗ) та маєш досвід роботи з міжнародними юрисдикціями (Чехія, Литва, Естонія, Австралія, Гонг Конг);
  • Маєш практичний досвід роботи з ERP-системами (зокрема QuickBooks);
  • Розумієш специфіку SaaS-бізнесу (підписки, рефанди тощо);
  • Проактивний(-а), відповідальний(-а) та готовий(-а) самостійно ініціювати покращення процесів.

Про твої задачі:

  • Ведення обліку компаній в ERP-системі (QuickBooks)
  • Контроль зовнішньої звітності: річні звіти, аудит, VAT reporting;
  • Комунікація із зовнішніми бухгалтерами, аудиторами. Робота з первісною документацією, інвойсами;
  • Ведення та контроль бюджетів;
  • Налаштування нових фінансових інструментів (при потребі).
