​

  • Während eines einmonatigen Praktikums bei BRANDL TALOS lernst du an der Seite von Konzipient:innen und Anwält:innen den Arbeitsalltag in einer Wirtschaftskanzlei kennen. Deine Arbeitsaufträge sind die selben, wie die deiner ganzjährig angestellten studentischen Kolleg:innen.
  • Du unterstützt dein Team durch juristische Recherchen in verschiedenen Rechtsgebieten und Jurisdiktionen, arbeitest direkt in laufenden Akten und Causen, und trägst durch das Vorbereiten, (Mit-)Verfassen, Kommentieren und Korrigieren zahlreicher Dokumentenarten (zB Gutachten, Aktenvermerke, Schriftsätze, Klagebeantwortungen, etc) zum gemeinsamen Erfolg deines Teams bei.
  • Doch auch dein Wissensdurst soll nicht zu kurz kommen - jeden Sommer veranstalten wir zahlreiche Events, Exkursionen und Workshops, die einerseits Wissen vermitteln, und gleichzeitig einen lockeren Kontrast zur alltäglichen Arbeit in der Kanzlei bieten.

Ihr Profil

  • Für ein Praktikum bei BRANDL TALOS gibt es keine akademischen oder praktischen Mindestanforderungen. Das Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und der juristischen Arbeit - vorzugsweise in den in unserer Kanzlei vertretenen Rechtsgebieten - sowie Motivation und Lernfreudigkeit ist uns wichtiger als ein bestimmter Studienfortschritt oder Praxiserfahrung.
  • Auch wo du studierst hat keinen Einfluss auf deine Bewerbung - wir freuen uns über Bewerbungen von Studierenden aller rechtswissenschaftlicher Studiengänge gleichermaßen.

Wir wollen Praktikant:innen die Arbeit und den Kanzleialltag bei BRANDL TALOS nicht nur durch Beobachten und Mitlesen näherbringen, sondern geben ihnen die Möglichkeit durch juristische Tätigkeiten und Aufgaben direkt zur bestmöglichen Betreuung unserer Mandant:innen beizutragen.
  • Jede:r Jurist:in hat einmal klein angefangen, und uns ist bewusst, dass beim ersten beruflichen Kontakt mit einer Kanzlei durchaus Nervosität aufkommen kann. Deshalb stellen wir allen neuen Kolleg:innen während des Onboardings zusätzlich zu unserer HR-Abteilung eine:n Buddy zur Seite, der bzw die bereits vor Praktikumsbeginn Fragen beantworten kann.
  • Für die ausgeschriebene Position liegt das Gehalt bei 1.970,-- Euro brutto.
