Dein Spielfeld

  • Du bist zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für deine eCommerce-Kund:innen und berätst sie ganzheitlich zu Strategien, Plattformen und digitalen Geschäftsmodellen
  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit ihnen Wachstumsstrategien entlang der Customer Journey – von Conversion-Optimierung bis zu Omnichannel-Konzepten
  • Du erkennst Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen und Projekte ab
  • Du verantwortest Accountpläne, Umsatzziele und Forecasts und arbeitest eng mit PMs, Devs und der Business Direktion zusammen
  • Du führst Workshops und Strategiemeetings mit Kund:innen durch, bereitest Entscheidungsvorlagen vor und vertrittst BRANDUNG auf Branchen-Events und Messen
  • Du bringst Markt- und Trendwissen zu eCommerce, Plattformökonomien und Digital Experience ein und positionierst BRANDUNG als kompetente Partneragentur für Wachstum

Deine Skills

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im digitalen Umfeld, idealerweise mit Fokus auf eCommerce, Plattformstrategie oder Customer Experience
  • Fundiertes Verständnis für Shop-Technologien, Schnittstellen und Systemlandschaften (z. B.Scayle, Contentful, Shopify, Shopware,...)
  • Du kombinierst analytisches Denken mit unternehmerischem Weitblick und hast Spaß daran, neue Business-Chancen zu entwickeln
  • Erfahrung in der strategischen Kundenberatung und Steuerung komplexer Accounts
  • Kommunikationsstark, emphatisch und überzeugend in Präsentationen
  • Du willst mitgestalten, Verantwortung übernehmen und Kund:innen helfen, ihr digitales Geschäft aufs nächste Level zu bringen
