Du willst nicht nur zuschauen, wie ein AI-Produkt entsteht, sondern von Anfang an mitdenken, mitplanen und mit anpacken? Perfekt! Für unser Produkt Solia – den AIHub für die Sozialwirtschaft – suchen wir eine:n Praktikant:in, die/der eng mit unserem Project Management zusammenarbeitet und tief ins Projekt- und Produktmanagement eines echten, am Markt laufenden AI-Tools eintaucht.

Dein Spielfeld

  • Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Koordination der Weiterentwicklung von Solia und arbeitest eng mit unserem Project Management zusammen.
  • Du erfasst Anforderungen unserer Kund:innen und übersetzt sie gemeinsam mit dem Team in konkrete Produkt-Features.
  • Du legst Jira-Tickets an, unterstützt beim Feature-Testing, dokumentierst Prozesse und hältst Projektfortschritte im Blick.
  • Du bereitest Reportings, Projekt-Controlling und Monatsabrechnungen vor und erhältst Einblicke in die Steuerung interdisziplinärer AI-Projekte.
  • Du recherchierst neue AI-Trends, führst Wettbewerbsanalysen durch und arbeitest an spannenden internen Projekten, z. B. einem FAQ-Bot oder der Automatisierung von Controlling-Prozessen.
  • Du bereitest Kund:innen-Termine, Workshops und Präsentationen vor und bringst deine eigenen Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung von Solia und unserer Arbeitsweise ein.

Deine Skills

  • Du studierst im Bereich Wirtschaft, Digital Business, Medien, Informatik o. Ä. und benötigst ein Pflichtpraktikum
  • Du hast eine hohe technische Affinität und echtes Interesse an künstlicher Intelligenz und digitalen Produkten
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, proaktiv und behältst auch bei mehreren Themen gleichzeitig den Überblick
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (in Wort und Schrift) und traust dir auch den Austausch mit Kund:innen zu
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit Projektmanagement-Tools wie JIRA oder Confluence sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss
