  • Fachliche und disziplinare Führung von ca. 35 Mitarbeitenden
  • Motivation und Entwicklung des Produktionsteams
  • Planung und Steuerung der Produktionsabläufe
  • Mitwirkung bei der strategischen Planung und Ausrichtung des Bereichs
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von Produktionskennzahlen und Berichten
  • Sie setzen Ihre Erfahrung in der Automatisierung und Ihr Technologieinteresse in die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des modernen Maschinenparks ein
  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Maschinenlaufzeiten und Auslastung
  • Implementierung und Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Prozessoptimierung
  • Sicherstellung der technischen Verfügbarkeit und Wartung der Maschinen und Anlagen
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltschutzbestimmungen

Das sind Ihre Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung z.B. als Meister oder Techniker
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer leitenden Position und Steuerung
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Proaktive, strategische- und kostenorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Lösungsorientiertes und strukturiertes Denken mit Fokus auf Prozessoptimierung
  • Sehr gute EDV- Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
