Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Abschluss von Rahmen- und Lieferverträgen sowie Sicherstellung langfristiger Lieferantenpartnerschaften
  • Führen von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Kosten, Lieferzeit und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Bereichsübergreifende Beschaffung
  • Monatlicher Bericht an die Leitung Materialwirtschaft z.B. Savings, Materialquote, Qualitätsquote (Reklamationen), Risikobewertung Beschaffung
  • Auswahl, Qualifizierung und Entwicklung neuer Lieferanten im In- und Ausland
  • Durchführung von Lieferantenbewertungen
  • Bearbeitung von Lieferantenreklamationen
  • Rechnungskontrolle

Als belastbare Persönlichkeit tragen Sie mit Ihrem strategischen Denken, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie einer agilen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise maßgeblich dazu bei, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Unternehmens nachhaltig zu stärken und die Beschaffungsprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft
  • Berufserfahrung von 2-3 Jahren in einem industriellen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung im internationalen Einkauf und im Vertragsrecht
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lieferantenmanagement und in der Entwicklung von Einkaufsstrategien
  • Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und sicheres Auftreten
  • Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie ausgeprägtes Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Zoll-/Außenwirtschaft Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute EDV- Kenntnisse
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
