Stiamo cercando una figura di Data Governance and Business Intelligence Specialist con esperienza nel mondo Power BI e Microsoft Fabric, una solida conoscenza della modellazione dati e una forte attenzione alla qualità, alla governance e all’adozione delle soluzioni analitiche.

Entrerai a far parte del team Data Platform & Business Intelligence, che riporta al VP Global Architecture, Governance & Business Intelligence e, a sua volta, al Chief Transformation Officer di Brembo.

La figura sarà responsabile della progettazione e dell’evoluzione di soluzioni di Business Intelligence e dei processi di data governance, lavorando a stretto contatto con i team di business, Data Platform e IT per garantire che i dati siano affidabili, comprensibili, sicuri e facilmente accessibili.

Contribuirà inoltre alla definizione di modelli semantici, standard di reporting, processi di data quality e pratiche di self-service BI coerenti, governate e scalabili.

Principali attività:

  • Progettare, sviluppare e mantenere report, dashboard e modelli semantici con Power BI e Microsoft Fabric.
  • Raccogliere e tradurre le esigenze del business in soluzioni analitiche efficaci e scalabili.
  • Contribuire alla definizione di processi e standard di Data Governance.
  • Supportare la qualità, la sicurezza e la corretta gestione dei dati
  • Promuovere un utilizzo governato delle soluzioni di self-service BI
  • Collaborare con stakeholder, Data Engineer, Data Analyst e team IT

Requisiti minimi

  • Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, Ingegneria Gestionale, Statistica, Economia o discipline affini, oppure esperienza professionale equivalente.
  • Esperienza di circa 2-3 anni maturata in ruoli di Business Intelligence, Data Governance, Analytics o posizioni simili.
  • Buona conoscenza di Power BI, DAX, Power Query e modellazione dati.
  • Conoscenza Microsoft Fabric e SQL.
  • Padronanza dei principi di Data Governance, Data Quality e Data Lineage.
  • Doti relazionali e attitudine al lavoro di squadra.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Nice to have

  • Conoscenza di Microsoft Purview.
  • Esperienza con Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Python o Spark.
  • Conoscenza di SAP Datasphere, CDS Views e integrazione dati SAP.
  • Certificazioni Microsoft in ambito Data & Analytics.

Il pacchetto include:

  • Inquadramento a partire da livello B1 del CCNL Metalmeccanico, in funzione di seniority e competenze
  • RAL a partire da € 31.879,38 (minimo previsto da CCNL per il livello B1), in funzione di seniority e competenze
  • Premio di risultato (valore medio lordo a raggiungimento del target): € 6.000
  • Sistema aziendale di benefit
