Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with the Central Operations and Product teams. The role involves tracking business performance, analysing data, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting data-driven business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track key business metrics such as Revenue, Orders, AOV, Contribution Margin, Retention, and Customer Complaints.
  • Monitor performance across outlets, cities, and sales channels (App, Swiggy, Zomato, POS, and Subscription Cards).
  • Analyse sales trends, pricing, discounts, and campaigns to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and regular performance reports.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify performance gaps and suggest improvements.
  • Evaluate the impact of business initiatives, product changes, and promotional campaigns.
  • Work with Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to track and execute business initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Analytics or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, XLOOKUP, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
