任职要求： 1.3年-5年采购工作经验，本科及以上学历，电气、机电、土木等相关专业优先； 2.具有丰富的商务谈判、供应商管理、采购成本控制、合约管理等采购全模块经验； 3.熟悉招投标程序，能够独立完成招标程序，有相关法律常识； 4.具有良好的沟通协调能力、统筹安排能力、成本意识和风险意识； 5.具有很好的工作责任心和团队合作精神； 6.良好的英语语言，英语要求为工作语言；
