Jouw rol als Revenue Operations Manager Als Revenue Operations Manager ben jij de motor achter onze groei. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de systemen, data en processen feilloos op elkaar aansluiten, zodat wij ondernemers nóg sneller aan een passende financiering kunnen helpen. Je start met een stevige focus op het strak trekken van HubSpot en CM.com. Staat dat fundament? Dan duik je in de complete klantreis: van de eerste aanvraag tot de laatste aflossing.

Jij bent degene die ziet waar de commerciële kansen voor het oprapen liggen en waar we klanten verliezen. En belangrijk: je stopt niet bij het maken van een rapportje. Je stroopt je mouwen op en komt met oplossingen, samen met onze multidisciplinaire en operationele teams.

Wat je dagelijks gaat doen

  • Systemen opzetten (30-50%): Je richt HubSpot (workflows, pipelines, rapportages) en CM.com zo in dat ze écht voor ons werken en de data altijd klopt.
  • Processen stroomlijnen (20-30%): Samen met de teams licht je processen van A tot Z door. Waar zit dubbel werk, of kunnen we efficiënter werken? Jij spot het en lost het op.
  • Klantverlies en kansen (15-25%): Je volgt de funnel op de voet. Zien we een drop-off? Dan bedenk jij samen met het team een concrete oplossing en voer je die direct door.
  • Stakeholdermanagement (10%): Je betrekt je collega’s, legt uit waarom we dingen slimmer gaan doen en zorgt dat nieuwe processen direct omarmd worden.
  • Tools upgraden (5%): Je kijkt of onze huidige systemen en tools nog wel opleveren wat ze kosten, en ze beter op elkaar laten aansluiten.

Wat je meebrengt

  • Een hands-on mentaliteit: Je hebt ervaring met het analyseren en verbeteren van processen over verschillende teams heen. Je krijgt mensen mee in je plannen door gewoon te laten zien dat het beter werkt.
  • Commercieel inzicht én daadkracht: Je snapt hoe een funnel werkt en haalt de pijnpunten uit de cijfers. Een analyse is voor jou het startschot om in actie te komen.
  • Tech-savvy: Je bent handig met software en maakt systemen (zoals HubSpot en CM.com) razendsnel eigen, zodat je de boel zelf kunt inrichten en tweaken.
  • Ondernemend karakter: Je bent een nieuwsgierige zelfstarter die eigenaarschap pakt en gedijt in een bedrijf dat continu in ontwikkeling is.
  • De basics: Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands. Ervaring in RevOps, fintech of met het bouwen in HubSpot is een dikke plus.

  • Een salaris tussen € 4.450 en € 4900 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur).
