Jouw rol als Customer Service Representative

Jij bent de stem van BridgeFund. Vergeet de strak gescripte telefoontjes en saaie keuzemenu's; bij ons draait het om écht, menselijk contact. Ondernemers bellen jou omdat ze vooruit willen, en jij helpt ze daar met alle plezier bij. Niet door procedures voor te lezen, maar door te luisteren, mee te denken en te zorgen dat elke beller met een grote glimlach ophangt.

Je landt in deze rol in een hecht team waar werkplezier belangrijk is. We vieren onze successen, staan altijd voor elkaar klaar en geven je de vrijheid om klanten op jóuw manier te helpen.

Wat je dagelijks gaat doen

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en collega’s. Rinkelt de telefoon? Dan sta jij paraat.
  • Je zorgt voor een servicebeleving waar mensen over napraten; je denkt mee en handelt snel.
  • Je verwerkt alle administratie rondom klantgesprekken.
  • Je behandelt vragen met een positieve instelling. Je zoekt naar de beste oplossing en gebruikt feedback om ons elke dag een beetje beter te maken.
  • Je draagt direct bij aan onze groei en daagt jezelf continu uit om professioneel en persoonlijk te blijven leren bij de BridgeFund Academy.

Wat je meebrengt

  • Je krijgt oprecht energie van klantcontact en vindt het leuk om mensen te helpen.
  • Je bent communicatief ijzersterk. Je schakelt makkelijk: het ene moment praat je met een ambachtelijke bakker, het andere moment met een tech-ondernemer.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd. Je administratie is simpelweg altijd on point.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal tot in de puntjes, zowel in woord als in geschrift.
  • Je brengt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring mee in een klantgerichte rol.

  • Een salaris tussen € 3.000 en € 3.300 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur).
