Wil jij loon en personeelszaken in goede banen leiden? Als HR & Payroll Officer in regio Ieper werk je voor een industriële speler binnen de bouwsector. Wil je terecht komen in een familiale omgeving, solliciteer nu voor deze job!

Je zorgt voor de payroll en HR bij een producent van bouwcomponenten. Je werkt ook actief mee aan HR-projecten en aan het verbeteren van bestaande processen.

  • Je verwerkt het loon en beheert de personeelsadministratie van de arbeiders.
  • Je volgt de payroll- en HR-processen op voor de Franse dochteronderneming.
  • Je rekruteert en selecteert arbeidersprofielen.
  • Je begeleidt nieuwe medewerkers tijdens het onboardingproces.
  • Je geeft arbeidsongevallen aan en volgt ze op, en je coördineert en plant medische onderzoeken in.

Herken jij je in dit profiel?

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma en ervaring in HR en payroll. Die ervaring is een must.
  • Je kent de sociale wetgeving goed.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met verschillende betrokkenen en werkt zowel in team als zelfstandig.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie.
