Voor een succesvolle Belgische producent van diepgevroren aardappelproducten zoeken we een HR & Payroll Officer met een sterke kennis van sociale wetgeving. Vanuit Vleteren bereikt deze familiale onderneming klanten in meer dan 120 landen en blijft ze investeren in mensen, technologie en groei. Ondanks haar internationale aanwezigheid behoudt de organisatie korte communicatielijnen en een persoonlijke aanpak.

Jij zorgt voor een payroll die tot in de details klopt

Als HR & Payroll Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige loonverwerking en personeelsadministratie van de arbeiders. Je combineert jouw payrollkennis met een gestructureerde aanpak en werkt nauw samen met je HR-collega's.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Je beheert de volledige payroll van A tot Z en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige loonverwerking.
  • Je volgt indexeringen, cao's en paritaire comités op en past de Belgische sociale wetgeving correct toe.
  • Je beheert payrollgerelateerde voordelen, waaronder de bestelling van maaltijd- en ecocheques.
  • Je stelt arbeidscontracten en HR-documenten op en verzorgt de administratie bij in- en uitdiensttredingen.
  • Je houdt personeelsdossiers actueel en zorgt voor interne mailings en een overzichtelijke digitale archivering.
  • Je werkt samen met de HR Business Partner aan de verdere uitwerking van onboarding en opleidingen voor arbeiders.
  • Je denkt mee over efficiëntere HR-processen en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de HR Manager.

Jouw payrollkennis maakt het verschil

Je haalt voldoening uit correcte cijfers, duidelijke procedures en een personeelsadministratie waarop medewerkers kunnen vertrouwen. Je werkt zelfstandig, gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie en behoudt het overzicht wanneer prioriteiten veranderen.

  • Een opleiding binnen HR of personeelsadministratie vormt een goede basis.
  • Je beschikt over ruime payrollervaring en een grondige kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en stelt efficiënt prioriteiten.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt oplossingsgericht en draagt graag bij aan verbeteringen.
  • Je bent discreet, betrouwbaar en communiceert professioneel met collega's en medewerkers.
