Pour une organisation internationale, nous recherchons un Freelance Adoption Manager. Dans ce rôle, vous veillez à ce que les nouveaux outils digitaux, processus et méthodes de travail soient non seulement déployés, mais également adoptés et utilisés efficacement par les utilisateurs finaux.

Vous faites le lien entre les équipes métiers, les équipes projet et le réseau, et contribuez à une adoption durable et réussie des initiatives digitales.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Vous développez et coordonnez des plans d'adoption pour les initiatives digitales, rassemblez les parties prenantes et veillez à ce que les déploiements soient préparés de manière approfondie avant leur mise en production.
  • Vous traduisez des informations complexes liées aux projets et aux produits en communications claires, formations, sessions « train-the-trainer » et supports pratiques directement exploitables.
  • Vous accompagnez les représentants locaux dans le déploiement de nouveaux outils et processus, recueillez les retours du terrain et assurez le rôle d'interface entre les utilisateurs finaux et les équipes internes.
  • Vous développez et animez une communauté d'utilisateurs active, centrée sur le partage de connaissances, le feedback, les bonnes pratiques et l'amélioration continue.
  • Vous assurez un suivi rigoureux de l'adoption, de la mise en œuvre et des KPI, identifiez les risques ainsi que les opportunités d'amélioration, et transformez ces analyses en actions concrètes et résultats durables.

Nous recherchons un Adoption Manager qui :

  • Vous disposez d'une expérience en change management, en adoption management, en transformation digitale ou en gestion des parties prenantes.
  • Vous combinez une vision stratégique avec une approche opérationnelle et aimez prendre des responsabilités. Vous communiquez aisément en français ou en néerlandais et possédez également une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
  • Vous avez de l'expérience dans l'animation d'ateliers, de formations et de projets de conduite du changement.
  • Vous traduisez facilement des informations complexes en messages clairs et exploitables pour différents publics. Vous osez challenger les parties prenantes de manière constructive et excellez dans la création de collaborations durables.
  • Vous avez un esprit analytique et vous utilisez les données, les KPI et les retours d'expérience afin de mettre en œuvre des améliorations concrètes.

Les atouts suivants constituent une réelle valeur ajoutée à votre candidature :

  • Une expérience avec la méthodologie ADKAR ou toute autre méthodologie de conduite du changement.
  • Une expérience au sein d'un réseau de concessionnaires, de franchises, de points de vente retail ou de partenaires.
  • Une expérience dans des projets de transformation digitale destinés à de larges groupes d'utilisateurs.
  • Un intérêt marqué pour les technologies
