Als Internal Sales Specialist ondersteun je de commerciële activiteiten van het bedrijf en draag je bij aan hun verdere groei. Je combineert commerciële administratie en relatiebeheer met een stukje marketing en krijgt daarnaast de kans om, afhankelijk van jouw interesses, ook ondersteuning te bieden binnen quality, aankoop en logistiek.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je ondersteunt de Accountmanager bij de opvolging van klanten, offertes, bestellingen en leveringen
  • Je verzorgt de bijhorende commerciële administratie in het ERP-systeem
  • Je bouwt actief mee aan de zichtbaarheid van het bedrijf via LinkedIn, social media en andere marketinginitiatieven
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, leveranciers en interne stakeholders
  • Je ondersteunt projecten binnen aankoop, logistiek en operationele processen
  • Optioneel: opnemen van een rol binnen quality, waaronder auditvoorbereiding, documentbeheer en opvolging van verbeteracties

Dan ben je een ondernemende, hands-on en veelzijdige professional die graag initiatief neemt en energie haalt uit een gevarieerde job binnen een groeiende KMO.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je kan terugblikken op een eerste ervaring binnen internal sales, administratie, marketing of een gelijkaardige ondersteunende rol.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels. Andere talen zijn een mooie plus!
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en klantgericht.
  • Je bent proactief, leergierig en voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving waar je verschillende verantwoordelijkheden kan opnemen.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office en Microsoft 365.

Ervaring binnen marketing, quality, aankoop of logistiek is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste. Motivatie, initiatief en de wil om mee te groeien met de organisatie zijn voor ons minstens even belangrijk.
