Jouw takenpakket

Als Supply Chain Coordinator zorg je dat de juiste materialen op tijd klaarstaan. Samen met de magazijnier vorm je een team.

  • Je controleert of alle materialen aanwezig zijn voor een project of productie start. Bij tekorten stem je tijdig af met aankoop en productie.
  • Je vergelijkt de fysieke voorraad met de voorraad in het ERP-systeem en lost verschillen structureel op.
  • Je organiseert stocktellingen en voorraadcorrecties en volgt ze op.
  • Je bewaakt de magazijnindeling, de locaties en de labeling. Je stelt ook procedures op voor ontvangst, opslag, verplaatsing en afboeking van materialen.
  • Je maakt aankopen en aankooporders aan voor handgereedschap, boor- en slijpmachines en andere verbruiksartikelen. Zo ontlast je de aankoopmanager.

Herken jij je hierin?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma en ervaring in magazijn- en voorraadbeheer.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en een ERP-pakket.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt precies en zorgvuldig. Als er een probleem is, denk je in oplossingen.
  • Je durft collega's aan te spreken als iets niet klopt. Je geeft duidelijke instructies en volgt ze op.
