Ben jij sterk in plannen, hou je graag overzicht en krijg je energie van het afstemmen tussen verschillende afdelingen? Dan is deze functie binnen een productieomgeving mogelijk jouw volgende uitdaging.

Als Supply Chain Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken en opvolgen van een efficiënte productieplanning. Je zorgt ervoor dat producten tijdig beschikbaar zijn door vraag, voorraad en productiecapaciteit optimaal op elkaar af te stemmen. In deze rol werk je dagelijks samen met verschillende interne stakeholders en draag je rechtstreeks bij aan een vlotte en betrouwbare leveringsservice.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Productie- en capaciteitsplanning

  • Je vertaalt klantbehoeften, forecasts en voorraadgegevens naar een haalbare productieplanning.
  • Je maakt productieorders en batches aan en stemt de planning af met de productieafdeling.
  • Je volgt planningen actief op en stuurt bij wanneer prioriteiten wijzigen of afwijkingen optreden.
  • Je bewaakt de beschikbare productiecapaciteit en signaleert mogelijke knelpunten tijdig.

Voorraad- en materiaalbeheer

  • Je volgt de beschikbaarheid van afgewerkte producten, grondstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen nauwgezet op.
  • Je helpt tekorten en overtollige voorraden voorkomen door proactief te plannen.
  • Je monitort verouderde, geblokkeerde of niet-conforme voorraden en neemt gepaste acties.
  • Je ondersteunt de introductie van nieuwe materialen en de uitfasering van bestaande producten.

Procesoptimalisatie

  • Je beheert en actualiseert planningsgegevens en materiaalinformatie binnen SAP.
  • Je werkt mee aan het verbeteren van werkinstructies, procedures en planningsprocessen.
  • Je overlegt met verschillende afdelingen om operationele uitdagingen efficiënt aan te pakken.
  • Je denkt actief mee over optimalisaties binnen voorraadbeheer, planning en supply chain-processen.

Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Een achtergrond binnen logistiek, supply chain, planning, productie of bedrijfskunde is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een productie- of supply chainomgeving.
  • Je werkt vlot met SAP; dit is een belangrijke vereiste voor deze functie.
  • Je analyseert gegevens kritisch en behoudt het overzicht, ook wanneer omstandigheden snel veranderen.
  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in overleg met diverse interne stakeholders.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Kennis van Frans en/of Duits vormt een extra pluspunt.
