Description du poste et missions

En tant que Chef d'équipe chez Brioches Fonteneau, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'organisation et la supervision des opérations de production quotidiennes. Vous assurerez le bon déroulement des activités tout en garantissant le respect des normes de qualité et de sécurité.

Vos principales missions incluent :

  • Encadrer et animer une équipe de production en veillant à la sécurité et à la qualité du travail fourni.
  • Planifier et organiser les tâches quotidiennes pour assurer le respect des délais de production.
  • Optimiser les processus de production afin de maximiser l'efficacité et la productivité.
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance et mettre en place des actions d'amélioration.
  • Communiquer et collaborer avec les différents services pour garantir une bonne coordination des activités.
  • Les postes sont à pourvoir sur nos sites de Boufféré, La Copechagnière et L'Herbergement
  • Postes à pourvoir en 3X8

Profil recherché

Nous recherchons une personne ayant une expérience confirmée en gestion d'équipe, idéalement dans le domaine agroalimentaire. Vos capacités d'adaptation et votre leadership seront des atouts majeurs.

Compétences et qualités requises :

  • Expérience en gestion de production et management d’équipe.
  • Excellente capacité d’organisation et de prise de décisions.
  • Bonne communication et capacité à motiver votre équipe.
  • Rigueur et sens des responsabilités.
