Entreprise familiale ancrée en Vendée, nous allions tradition et innovation pour proposer des produits toujours plus sains et locaux. Notre réussite repose sur l'engagement et l'expertise de nos 350 collaborateur·rice·s réparti·e·s sur trois sites.

Vos missions principales :

  • Préparation et palettisation : Recevoir et vérifier les colis ou palettes en sortie de ligne (quantité, références, conformité). Assembler et stabiliser les lots sur palettes en respectant les plans de palettisation et les consignes de sécurisation (films, angles, sangles). Utiliser le chariot élévateur, transpalette électrique ou manuel selon les besoins et après formation.
  • Contrôles qualité et traçabilité : Vérifier l'état des produits et des emballages (étanchéité, étiquetage, poids) et signaler toute non‑conformité. Compléter les documents de traçabilité et renseigner les supports informatiques ou papiers liés aux expéditions.
  • Sécurité et hygiène : Appliquer et faire appliquer les règles d’hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP, EPI) sur le poste. Participer aux opérations de nettoyage et aux changements de format en respectant les procédures lock‑out/tag‑out si nécessaires.
  • Organisation et contribution à l'amélioration continue : Organiser le poste de travail pour optimiser les flux et limiter les temps morts. Proposer des améliorations visant à réduire les pertes, améliorer la sécurité et faciliter les opérations de palettisation.

Profil et compétences recherchées :

  • Expérience en logistique, préparation de commandes ou en production agroalimentaire appréciée.
  • Connaissance des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP, port des EPI).
  • Capacité physique pour la manutention et port de charges régulières ; sens de l’organisation et rigueur.
  • Esprit d’équipe, autonomie et bonne communication avec le chef d’équipe et les opérateur·rice·s.
  • Permis CACES 1 b et CACES 3 (chariot) souhaités ou volonté de les obtenir rapidement.
  • Flexibilité horaire : travail en équipe 3x8 possible.

  • Contrat : CDI
  • Horaires : équipes - 3x8
  • Lieu : L'Herbergement et La Copechagnière
  • Salaire : 22500 à 24000 € annuel (selon profil et expérience)
