Brixio est partenaire Cloudflare certifié ASDP et fait partie depuis juillet 2026 du groupe Equans (groupe Bouygues), 18,7 Md€ de chiffre d'affaires et environ 85 000 personnes.

L'équipe compte une trentaine d'ingénieurs répartis entre Paris, Dubaï et un centre de production à Casablanca. Les clients sont des grands comptes et des ETI en France, en Europe et au Moyen-Orient, ainsi que les entités du groupe Equans.

La mission

L'ingénieur PS Zero Trust / SASE déploie Cloudflare One chez les clients français de Brixio, du cadrage technique à la mise en production. Il devient la référence opérationnelle Zero Trust de l'équipe France et prend en charge les projets SASE dès son arrivée, notamment le déploiement interne de Cloudflare One chez Brixio et l'accès distant sécurisé aux sites industriels du groupe Equans.

Il travaille avec le Delivery Manager France, qui pilote le planning, le budget et la relation projet, et avec l'architecte principal, référent technique de l'équipe.

Responsabilités

  • Cadrage : animer les ateliers techniques avec les équipes réseau, sécurité et poste de travail du client, puis rédiger le design détaillé (architecture d'accès, politiques, plan de migration).
  • Déploiement Cloudflare One : Access (ZTNA), Gateway (SWG et filtrage DNS), client WARP, Tunnel, CASB, DLP, isolation de navigation (RBI), et selon les projets Magic WAN, Magic Firewall et Email Security.
  • Migrations : remplacer les VPN par du ZTNA et les proxies existants par Gateway, sans rupture de service pour les utilisateurs.
  • Intégrations : fournisseurs d'identité (Entra ID, Okta) en SAML, OIDC et SCIM, contrôles de posture (Intune, EDR), remontée des logs vers le SIEM du client.
  • OT et industrie : sécuriser l'accès distant des prestataires et techniciens aux équipements industriels et techniques.
  • Sécurité des usages IA : appliquer les contrôles Cloudflare One aux usages de l'IA (détection du shadow AI, DLP sur les prompts, gouvernance des applications IA).
  • Livraison et passation : documentation (HLD, LLD, runbooks), recette avec le client, passation au support et au MSP de Casablanca.
  • Rigueur projet : travailler dans le périmètre signé, signaler au Delivery Manager toute demande hors périmètre avant de la traiter, et saisir son temps chaque semaine dans Brixio One.
  • Industrialisation : contribuer aux modèles de déploiement réutilisables (configurations types, Terraform, playbooks) pour accélérer les projets suivants.

Requirements

Profil indispensable

Le poste demande d'être opérationnel sur le SASE dès les premières semaines. Sans expérience SASE en production, la candidature ne sera pas retenue.

  • SASE en production : au moins 2 ans de déploiements Zero Trust / SASE chez des clients, sur Cloudflare One, Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA), Netskope, Palo Alto Prisma Access, Cato Networks ou Fortinet SASE.
  • Expérience : 3 à 6 ans en sécurité réseau, intégration ou services professionnels.
  • Fondamentaux réseau : TCP/IP, DNS, TLS et PKI, routage, VPN IPsec, proxies, pare-feu.
  • Identité : SSO en SAML et OIDC, provisioning SCIM, Entra ID ou Okta.
  • Poste de travail : déploiement d'agents à grande échelle, MDM et contrôles de posture.
  • Relation client : capacité à animer seul un atelier technique et à rédiger une documentation claire.
  • Langues : français courant, anglais professionnel (équipe internationale).
  • Mobilité : déplacements réguliers chez les clients en France, ponctuellement en Europe.

Atouts

  • Expérience directe de Cloudflare One, ou certification Cloudflare (sinon, à obtenir dans les 90 jours suivant l'arrivée).
  • Automatisation : Terraform, API, scripts Python.
  • Connaissance des environnements OT et industriels.
  • Connaissance des exigences NIS2 et DORA.
  • Intérêt pour l'IA et pour la plateforme développeurs de Cloudflare (AI Gateway, Workers).

Évolution et ce que Brixio offre

Le poste démarre sur le SASE mais ne s'y limite pas. Il s'ouvre ensuite aux autres produits Cloudflare (sécurité applicative, API Shield, Workers, IA), selon la progression et l'intérêt de la personne. La sécurité de l'IA s'appuie largement sur Cloudflare One, ce qui fait de ce poste une porte d'entrée naturelle vers les projets IA de Brixio.
