We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! At Broadridge you will work with the largest wealth and retirement organizations in the US and abroad introducing and evangelizing our Fi360 software solutions to the marketplace. Our existing clients and relationships continuously seek new products from Broadridge. You will be on the cutting edge of omni-channel digital solutions focused on Financial Advisors who are seeking to grow and monitoring their book of business within their firms.

This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning, collaboration meetings and attending industry conferences.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales pipeline management
  • Generate and qualify new leads through phone, email and social media
  • Devise and implement creative outbound sales strategies to help fuel growth and build the sales pipeline
  • Track and report all prospecting and sales activities in a CRM
  • Contact new prospects and existing clients to discuss their needs, and explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services
  • Answer clients' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms
  • Emphasize product features based on analyses of clients' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
  • Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements
  • Identify prospective clients by using business directories, LinkedIn, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences
  • Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies or marketing information
  • Work with sales management team to ensure process is efficient.
  • Work to exceed annual sales quotas and key performance indicators as assigned
  • Attend industry conferences as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of sales experience, with a passion for technology solution-based selling
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Go-Getter. Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
  • Ability to deliver high call volumes in the pursuit of pipeline development goals
  • Entrepreneurial initiative that is motivated by building new customers and expanding upon existing relationships
  • Ability to overcome objections and bypass gatekeepers
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Functional/technical skills Office 365
  • Experience with digital tools
  • Process management experience including CRM
  • Work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Compensation Range: The hourly salary range for this position is between $24.00-$27.00 (hourly wage) USD.

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible + Commission Eligible.
