Jouw rol?

Als (leerling) apothekersassistent bij BENU ben jij dé go-to persoon voor iedereen die advies of medicijnen nodig heeft. Jij staat klaar achter de balie om mensen te helpen bij hun herstel, of het nu gaat om een griepje of iets groters. En dat doe je op een klantvriendelijke manier, met een glimlach én een goede uitleg.

Persoonlijk contact? Vinden we superbelangrijk. Naast het helpen van klanten zorg je ervoor dat alles achter de schermen op rolletjes loopt. Recepten verwerken? Check. Voorraad bijhouden? Ook check.

Natuurlijk sta je er niet alleen voor. Wij begeleiden je stap voor stap.

In welke apotheek ga jij het verschil maken?

BENU Apotheek Willekens is veel meer dan een plek waar je medicijnen ophaalt. Gelegen in het mooie Vught, werken we nauw samen met huisartsen en andere zorgprofessionals in de regio om onze patiënten de best mogelijke zorg te bieden. Onze apotheek biedt een breed scala aan services, zoals o.a. herhaalservice, gezondheidschecks en medicatiegesprekken zodat we echt iets kunnen betekenen voor onze cliënten. We scoren in deze apotheek al jaren hele hoge cijfers bij onze klanttevredenheidsonderzoeken en dat is niet voor niets. Dit team werkt al heel lang samen en heeft veel ervaring. Daarnaast leveren we ook veel medicatierollen en zorg aan verschillende instellingen.

Ons team bestaat uit betrokken, enthousiaste en flexibele collega’s die meebewegen met de dynamiek van de huidige zorgmarkt. Binnen dit team krijg jij alle ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en te groeien op verschillende vlakken.

Nieuwe uitdagingen? Die gaan we niet uit de weg! We staan altijd open voor frisse ideeën en kansen om onze zorg nog beter te maken. Bij BENU Apotheek Willekens maak jij dagelijks het verschil voor onze patiënten én voor jezelf.

Wat jij hiervoor terugkrijgt

  • Een salaris tussen de € 2.302 tot 2.841 (op basis van 36 uur)
  • 8% vakantiegeld;
  • Reiskostenvergoeding conform cao Apotheken;
  • 25 vakantiedagen op basis van een 36-urige werkweek
  • 20% korting op producten uit eigen bedrijf.
  • 4% eindejaarsuitkering conform de nieuwe CAO Apotheken
  • Carrièrekansen en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen al onze locaties. Aan jou om deze te benutten;
  • Brocacef Ontwikkelplein, een uitgebreid aanbod aan trainingen voor jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling;

Wie jij bent

  • Je gaat starten met of volgt de MBO-opleiding Apothekersassistent;
  • Je vindt het leuk om mensen te helpen en bent vriendelijk tegen klanten;
  • Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Nederlands;
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, leergierig en denkt graag mee, dit past bij wie wij zijn.
