Bei Brooks entwickelst du Automationslösungen, die die Halbleiterfertigung weltweit smarter, effizienter und sicherer machen. Als Field Service Engineer (m/w/d) bist du die technische Schlüsselfigur beim Kunden – du nimmst Systeme in Betrieb, hältst sie in Topform und löst komplexe Herausforderungen direkt vor Ort oder remote.

Deine Aufgaben.

  • Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Qualifikation unserer Automationssysteme, u.a. in Reinraum-Umgebungen
  • Durchführung von Wartungen und Corrective Maintenance sowie Implementierung von Upgrades
  • Troubleshooting komplexer Hardware-/Software-Themen und Umsetzung von Change Orders
  • Technische Unterstützung unserer Kunden (remote und on-site) inkl. Einweisung/Best Practices
  • Erstellung von Service-Reports (Problem Statement, Resolution Summary, Corrective Actions) zur Sicherstellung von Nachverfolgbarkeit, Eskalationen und Qualitätsprozessen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering und der Brooks-Fertigung zur nachhaltigen Lösungsfindung

Dein Profil.

  • Technische Ausbildung oder Studium (z. B. Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierung)
  • Starke elektromechanische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Fehlersuche (Troubleshooting)
  • Praxiserfahrung im Field Service / technischen Service von Industrie- oder Automationssystemen
  • Kommunikationsstark in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Selbstständig, hands-on, gut organisiert und mit klarem Fokus auf Kundenorientierung
  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas, gültiger Führerschein und Reisepass erforderlich
