Missões do Cargo: Executar e apoiar as rotinas administrativas e operacionais relacionadas aos processos de transporte e logística, garantindo a emissão e conferência de documentos, o acompanhamento de expedições, a tratativa de ocorrências e o monitoramento dos prazos de entrega. Contribuir para a eficiência operacional, qualidade dos serviços prestados e cumprimento dos níveis de serviço acordados com os clientes. Ser responsável pelo uso correto dos equipamento de EPI e uniformes. Responsabilidade pelo cumprimento das normas de saúde, segurança, meio ambiente e qualidade.

Principais Atividades:

  • Emitir, conferir e validar documentos de transporte (CT-e, MDF-e, ordens de coleta e minutas), bem como realizar o lançamento de Notas Fiscais no sistema SSW.
  • Organizar documentações de viagem e apoiar os processos de expedição, faturamento e pré-faturamento de fretes.
  • Identificar, registrar e acompanhar ocorrências operacionais, como avarias, faltas, extravios, sobras e divergências de entrega.
  • Realizar cobranças junto às filiais, parceiros, motoristas e terceiros para atualização de informações e regularização de pendências.
  • Extrair e atualizar relatórios operacionais, acompanhando prazos de entrega, SLA e indicadores de desempenho.
  • Identificar atrasos e desvios operacionais, comunicando à liderança e apoiando a elaboração de ações corretivas.
  • Prestar suporte no atendimento a clientes, fornecendo informações sobre entregas e tratativas de ocorrências.
  • Manter interface com áreas internas e parceiros operacionais, contribuindo para a organização e melhoria dos processos logísticos.
