Responsabilidades e atribuições* Realizar atendimento ao cliente VLI, prestando suporte às demandas administrativas e operacionais.* Receber, conferir, organizar e encaminhar documentos e informações solicitadas pelo cliente.* Realizar lançamentos, atualizações e controles em sistemas e planilhas.* Acompanhar solicitações, pendências e prazos, garantindo o cumprimento das demandas.* Apoiar na elaboração de relatórios, controles administrativos e indicadores.* Manter contato com as áreas internas para alinhamento e resolução de demandas do cliente.* Garantir a organização e o arquivamento de documentos físicos e digitais.* Prestar suporte às rotinas administrativas da operação, assegurando a qualidade e agilidade no atendimento.Requisitos e qualificações* Ensino médio completo.* Conhecimento básico/intermediário em Pacote Office, principalmente Excel.* Experiência anterior em rotinas administrativas e atendimento ao cliente.* Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.* Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de trabalhar com prazos.* Facilidade com sistemas e ferramentas digitais.* Proatividade, responsabilidade e bom relacionamento interpessoal.* Desejável experiência com atendimento a clientes corporativos e empresas do segmento logístico ou ferroviário.Informações adicionaisGENTE É O NOSSO NEGÓCIO E É POR ISSO QUE VALORIZAMOS NOSSOS COLABORADORES DE DIVERSAS FORMAS!Os benefícios tradicionais que você já conhece, nós também temos.
