  • Partner with Workforce Management to identify coverage needs, schedule adherence issues, and call‑volume trends.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining SOPs, training materials, workflows, and reference documentation.
  • Promote team engagement through effective communication, professionalism, peer support, and recognition.
  • Demonstrate dependable and punctual attendance to ensure consistent frontline support.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Offering timely performance insights and development observations to the Supervisor.
  • Supporting consistent execution of departmental expectations, procedures, and service behaviors.
  • Modeling organizational core values, professionalism, accountability, and ownership of outcomes.
  • Contributing to a collaborative, inclusive, and continuous‑improvement‑focused culture.

Skills & Experience to be Successful:

  • High school diploma required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
