O Assistente de Vendas é responsável por auxiliar no atendimento aos clientes, realizar vendas, organizar o estoque e contribuir para o alcance das metas da equipe de vendas. Este profissional atua de forma proativa e colaborativa, buscando sempre a satisfação do cliente e o sucesso da empresa.

Requisitos da vaga:

  1. Escolaridade: Ensino Médio Completo;
  2. Tempo de Empresa ou Experiência: 2 anos;
  3. Informática Básica;
  4. Fluência verbal e escrita;

Atividades desempenhadas:

  • Realizar atendimento aos clientes, esclarecendo dúvidas e oferecendo produtos de acordo com suas necessidades.
  • Auxiliar no processo de vendas, realizando abordagens, negociações e fechamento de vendas.
  • Organizar o estoque, realizando a reposição de produtos, controle de validade e organização do ambiente de trabalho.
  • Contribuir para a elaboração de estratégias de vendas, sugerindo ações para aumentar o volume de vendas e a fidelização de clientes.
  • Participar de treinamentos e capacitações oferecidos pela empresa, buscando aprimorar suas habilidades e conhecimentos.
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre os produtos e serviços oferecidos pela empresa, a fim de oferecer um atendimento de qualidade aos clientes.
  • Registrar as vendas realizadas, controlar o fluxo de caixa e emitir notas fiscais quando necessário.
  • Colaborar com a organização de eventos promocionais e campanhas de marketing para impulsionar as vendas.
  • Zelar pela limpeza e organização do ambiente de trabalho, garantindo a satisfação e segurança dos clientes.
  • Trabalhar em equipe, mantendo uma comunicação eficaz com os demais colaboradores e gestores para alcançar os objetivos da empresa.
