Principais atividades:

  • Mapear e analisar os processos de recebimento, armazenagem, abastecimento, picking, packing e expedição;
  • Identificar gargalos, desperdícios, retrabalhos e oportunidades de ganho de produtividade;
  • Desenvolver e implementar projetos de melhoria contínua e eficiência operacional;
  • Realizar estudos de tempos, métodos, capacidade e dimensionamento operacional;
  • Construir e acompanhar indicadores de produtividade, qualidade, capacidade e eficiência;
  • Elaborar análises de causa raiz e estruturar planos de ação para desvios operacionais;
  • Conduzir iniciativas utilizando metodologias como PDCA, Kaizen, 5S e Lean;
  • Desenvolver e revisar fluxos, procedimentos operacionais, instruções de trabalho e padrões de processo;
  • Apoiar projetos de automação, tecnologia e evolução dos processos do CD;
  • Avaliar oportunidades de redução de custos e melhor utilização de mão de obra, equipamentos e infraestrutura;
  • Apoiar estudos de layout, fluxo de materiais e capacidade operacional;
  • Desenvolver dashboards e relatórios para acompanhamento dos principais KPIs;
  • Disseminar a cultura de melhoria contínua, disciplina operacional e tomada de decisão baseada em dados;
  • Atuar de forma integrada com Operações, PCP, Estoques, Qualidade, Manutenção, Automação e Tecnologia.
  • Ensino superior completo ou cursando em Engenharia de Produção, Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência em operações logísticas, Centros de Distribuição ou ambientes industriais;
  • Conhecimento em mapeamento e melhoria de processos;
  • Excel intermediário/avançado;
  • Conhecimento em análise de dados e construção de indicadores;
  • Conhecimento de metodologias de melhoria contínua;
  • Perfil analítico e capacidade para transformar dados operacionais em planos de ação.

Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento em Power BI;
  • Conhecimento em Lean Logistics, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, PDCA, 5S e DMAIC;
  • Experiência com estudos de tempos e métodos;
  • Conhecimento em WMS e ERP;
  • Vivência em operações logísticas de médio ou grande porte;
  • Participação em projetos de automação e transformação de processos.
