O que buscamos:

Principais atividades:

  • Realizar o atendimento de leads passivos, efetuando cadastros e orientando os clientes na utilização da plataforma Cotações Online;
  • Apoiar o fluxo de cotações, garantindo agilidade e eficiência nos processos comerciais;
  • Acompanhar propostas comerciais e realizar follow-ups para estimular o avanço das negociações;
  • Prestar suporte aos clientes durante as etapas de cotação, negociação e compra, buscando assegurar uma experiência positiva;
  • Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas de Ativação, Atendimento e Pricing, contribuindo para a continuidade e agilidade da esteira comercial;
  • Manter atualizados os registros de contatos, cotações, propostas e negociações nos sistemas utilizados;
  • Identificar necessidades dos clientes e apoiar a busca por soluções comerciais adequadas;
  • Contribuir para a satisfação e fidelização dos clientes, com foco na qualidade do atendimento e na efetividade dos processos comerciais.
  • Desejável técnico ou ensino superior em andamento em Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência em atendimento comercial, vendas internas, negociação ou relacionamento com clientes.
  • Perfil persuasivo, com habilidade de argumentação, negociação e conversão de oportunidades em vendas.
  • Organização para gerenciar demandas, acompanhar cotações e realizar follow-ups.
  • Agilidade e eficiência na execução das atividades, com foco em produtividade e cumprimento de prazos.
  • Perfil digital, com facilidade para utilizar sistemas comerciais, plataformas online, ferramentas de atendimento e Excel.
  • Foco em serviço ao cliente, com atenção às necessidades, agilidade nas respostas e compromisso com a satisfação do cliente.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, proatividade, colaboração e orientação para resultados
  • Vale Alimentação ou Refeição (conforme preferência) com desconto de 20% do valor;
  • Vale Transporte ou Auxílio Combustível Opcional) com desconto de 6%;
  • Plano de Saúde Médico (Opcional) após o período de experiência; Titular com subsídio da empresa de 80%; Dependente com subsídio da empresa 20%;
  • Convênio Farmácia (Opcional);
  • Presente de aniversário;
  • Short Friday na sexta feira, saída antecipada às 16h (somente nos centros administrativos);
  • Licença Maternidade de 180 dias;
  • Licença Paternidade de 20 dias.
