O que buscamos:

  • Profissional responsável por planejar, negociar e executar a aquisição de materiais, insumos e serviços necessários à operação do centro de distribuição, garantindo disponibilidade, custo competitivo, qualidade e cumprimento de prazos.

Principais Atividades:

  • Realizar compras de insumos operacionais (embalagens, EPIs, materiais de consumo) e serviços (manutenção, facilities, transporte spot)
  • Conduzir processos de negociação com fornecedores, buscando melhores condições comerciais (preço, prazo, SLA)
  • Gerenciar carteira de fornecedores e desenvolver novas parcerias estratégicas
  • Garantir abastecimento contínuo, evitando rupturas na operação
  • Analisar demanda e consumo para planejamento de compras (MRP básico)
  • Emitir pedidos de compra e acompanhar o ciclo completo (pedido → entrega → conferência → pagamento)
  • Atuar na redução de custos e melhoria de eficiência de compras
  • Monitorar e avaliar performance de fornecedores (qualidade, prazo, custo)
  • Garantir compliance com políticas internas e processos de procurement
  • Atuar em interface com operações, planejamento, financeiro e fiscal
  • Apoiar processos de homologação e qualificação de fornecedores

Horário de trabalho:

  • De segunda a sexta das 07h até 17h.
  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento (Administração, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas)
  • Experiência prévia em compras, suprimentos ou procurement
  • Conhecimento em processos de negociação e gestão de fornecedores
  • Conhecimento básico de logística e operação de CD
  • Familiaridade com sistemas ERP/WMS (ex: SAP, SAP EWM ou similares)
  • Excel intermediário/avançado
  • Perfil analítico e orientado a resultados
  • Vale Alimentação ou Refeição (conforme preferência) com desconto de 20%;
  • Vale Transporte ou Auxílio Combustível (Opcional) com desconto de 6%;
  • Plano de Saúde Médico (Opcional) após o período de experiência; Titular com subsídio da empresa de 80%; Dependente com subsídio da empresa 20%;
  • Convênio Farmácia (Opcional);
  • Presente de aniversário;
  • Licença Maternidade de 180 dias;
  • Licença Paternidade de 20 dias.
  • Desconto de 5% na compra de produtos no site da OceanoB2B.
