Principais responsabilidades:

  • Prospectar transportadores agregados (Pessoa Jurídica e Autônomos) para atendimento de entregas de Last Mile nas regiões metropolitanas de São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte e Recife, com perfil para atender o nosso perfil de carga/pedidos, avaliando o perfil e a real capacidade de entrega de cada transportador, nas dimensões necessárias, de forma profunda, técnica e com clareza.
  • Negociar com os transportadores agregados, a partir de tabela de frete pré-determinada, com cunho técnico e conhecimento específico.
  • Estabelecer com clareza os procedimentos internos necessários do transportador agregado ao bom desempenho com nossa empresa. Preparar as tabelas finais e garantir o correto cadastro no sistema.
  • Promover treinamento e kick off de implantação de novos parceiros. Ter compromisso com o início das atividades do transportador agregado com nossa empresa, garantindo que a operação de cada um tenha consistência, compromisso e alcance o ritmo desejado, sem rupturas, anomalias ou desvios. Horário de trabalho:
  • Segunda à Sexta das 08:00 às 18:00.
  • Formação superior completa em: Administração, Engenharia, Logística ou áreas afins.
  • Necessário Excel nível avançado;
  • Experiência anteriores em negociação de fretes Last Mile em varejo e/ou transportadoras;
  • Disponibilidade para eventuais viagens.
  • Vale Alimentação ou Refeição (conforme preferência) com desconto de 20% do valor;
  • Vale Transporte ou Auxílio Combustível Opcional) com desconto de 6%;
  • Plano de Saúde Médico (Opcional) após o período de experiência; Titular com subsídio da empresa de 80%; Dependente com subsídio da empresa 20%;
  • Convênio Farmácia (Opcional);
  • Presente de aniversário;
  • Licença Maternidade de 180 dias;
  • Licença Paternidade de 20 dias;
  • Desconto de 5% na compra de produtos no site da Oceano B2B.
