O que buscamos:

  • Buscamos um profissional responsável, comprometido com segurança, qualidade e cumprimento de processos, que atue com foco em conformidade operacional, preservação da carga e excelência no atendimento durante as entregas. Espera-se postura proativa, atenção aos detalhes e disciplina no uso de ferramentas e procedimentos da empresa.

Principais atividades:

  • Conduzir os veículos da empresa de forma segura, respeitando as normas de trânsito, políticas internas e boas práticas de direção defensiva;
  • Realizar conferência física dos volumes no carregamento e no momento da entrega, garantindo a conformidade com a documentação e pedidos;
  • Executar atividades de carregamento e descarregamento, assegurando o correto acondicionamento das mercadorias e evitando avarias;
  • Utilizar solução mobile para baixa de entregas, registro de ocorrências e comprovação de entrega;
  • Preencher checklist de conformidade do veículo, antes e após as rotas, reportando desvios ou necessidades de manutenção;
  • Zelar pela integridade, limpeza e conservação dos veículos e equipamentos sob sua responsabilidade; Reportar imediatamente ocorrências durante as entregas (avarias, faltas, atrasos, divergências ou incidentes);
  • Encaminhar os veículos para manutenção preventiva e corretiva conforme programação ou necessidade identificada;
  • Atuar em conformidade com os procedimentos operacionais, de segurança e qualidade da Br Supply.

Horário de trabalho:

  • De segunda à sexta das 7h às 17h. Finais de semana poderão ocorrer mediante escala.
  • Ensino médio completo;
  • CNH categoria B ou D (desejável D), válida e dentro do prazo;
  • Experiência prévia como motorista de entrega, distribuição ou transporte de cargas;
  • Conhecimento básico de conferência de volumes, notas fiscais e comprovantes de entrega;
  • Vivência com carregamento e descarregamento de mercadorias;
  • Facilidade no uso de aplicativos e soluções mobile (baixa de entrega, checklists e registros);
  • Noções de direção defensiva e boas práticas de segurança no transporte;
  • Boa comunicação, organização, atenção aos detalhes e senso de responsabilidade;
  • Vale Alimentação ou Refeição (conforme preferência) com desconto de 20%;
  • Vale Transporte ou Auxílio Combustível Opcional) com desconto de 6%;
  • Plano de Saúde Médico (Opcional);Titular com subsídio da empresa de 80%; Dependente com subsídio da empresa 20%; Convênio Farmácia (Opcional);
  • Presente de aniversário;
  • Licença Maternidade de 180 dias;
  • Licença Paternidade de 20 dias.
