En Bru Pérez Sprachakademie GmbH, nos especializamos en la preparación lingüística y profesional de médicos internacionales que buscan la homologación de su título en Alemania. Nuestro equipo está en constante crecimiento y estamos buscando un/a Reclutador/a Bilingüe con iniciativa para gestionar procesos de reclutamiento y, además, abrir nuevas oportunidades de cooperación con clínicas y hospitales en Alemania.

Lo que Buscamos

Buscamos a una persona con iniciativa comercial capaz de:

  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de colaboración.
  • Contactar clínicas y hospitales en Alemania.
  • Posicionar nuestra propuesta como socio estratégico en la contratación de médicos internacionales.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Gestionar el proceso integral de reclutamiento de médicos y personal sanitario, desde la publicación de vacantes hasta la incorporación.
  • Revisar CVs en alemán, asegurando la correcta interpretación de experiencia y credenciales.
  • Recopilar información faltante de candidatos para garantizar expedientes completos.
  • Coordinar entrevistas y evaluaciones con candidatos.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con candidatos, resolviendo dudas y asegurando una experiencia positiva.
  • Relacionarse con clínicas y hospitales, gestionando documentación y requisitos.
  • Optimizar bases de datos y herramientas de seguimiento, asegurando trazabilidad en cada etapa del funnel de reclutamiento.
  • Generar activamente nuevas cooperaciones con clínicas y hospitales en Alemania, representando a la empresa en presentaciones o reuniones.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en reclutamiento (idealmente en perfiles internacionales o del sector salud).
  • Dominio de español y alemán con fluidez profesional (mínimo C1) para videollamadas, redacción de correos y revisión de CVs médicos. El inglés es un plus.
  • Experiencia en screening de CVs y validación de información en diferentes idiomas.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y organización en entornos multiculturales y remotos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, priorizando tareas y cumpliendo plazos.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas digitales de selección y bases de datos.
  • Actitud proactiva y capacidad para desarrollar relaciones comerciales de confianza.

Condiciones y Beneficios

  • Modalidad: 100% remoto.
  • Contrato: Freelance.
  • Retribución estimada: entre 1.500 € y 2.000 € brutos/mes, según valía y experiencia.
