Cerchiamo persone appassionate di auto, anche alla prima esperienza, interessate a unirsi alla squadra di carrozzeria levabolli.

🛠️ Di cosa ti occuperai

  • Effettuare interventi di riparazione e rimozione di ammaccature sulla carrozzeria delle vetture
  • Valutare i danni presenti sulla carrozzeria e individuare la tecnica di riparazione più adeguata
  • Utilizzare strumenti e attrezzature specifiche per la riparazione senza verniciatura
  • Ripristinare la carrozzeria mantenendo, ove possibile, vernice e finiture originali
  • Verificare la qualità del lavoro eseguito e assicurarsi che la carrozzeria risulti uniforme e priva di imperfezioni
  • Collaborare con il team di carrozzeria nelle diverse fasi di ripristino e preparazione delle vetture
  • Gestire gli interventi nel rispetto delle tempistiche e degli standard qualitativi aziendali
  • Mantenere in ordine e in condizioni ottimali postazione, strumenti e attrezzature di lavoro
  • Rispettare le procedure aziendali in materia di sicurezza e qualità

🧩 Cosa ti servirà in questo ruolo

Requisiti essenziali

  • esperienza pregressa di 1–3 anni
  • precisione e cura per il dettaglio: il nostro obiettivo è proporre ai clienti un prodotto di elevata qualità e prestiamo la massima cura ad ogni singola lavorazione
  • capacità di gestire il tempo: sei in grado di organizzare la tua attività e i tempi di lavoro in modo da effettuare le operazioni richieste
  • interesse nell’apprendimento: siamo pronti a insegnare e a costruire insieme una professionalità a tutto tondo
  • interesse per le auto: lavorerai quotidianamente a contatto con le vetture
  • patente di tipo B in corso di validità: talvolta potrebbe esserti richiesto di spostare le vetture in lavorazione

Costituiscono un plus

  • esperienza pregressa in ambito automotive presso officine e carrozzerie

Entrerai nel team della carrozzeria, collaborerai quotidianamente con tutti i team della produzione, sarai inserito/a in una squadra di professionisti e giovani apprendisti, in un ambiente professionale, inclusivo e che punta a valorizzare ogni individuo fornendo gli strumenti necessari perché ognuno possa portare il proprio valore in un contesto sereno.

🎁 Cosa Offriamo

· Contratto: CCNL Metalmeccanico Anpit determinato/indeterminato

· Retribuzione annua lorda: RAL fino a 25.000€

· Benefit: bonus 10% della RAL , ticket restaurant da 7€ per ogni giorno lavorato almeno 6 ore

· Sede: Reggio Emilia

· Data di inizio: TBD
