Profilo:

Inserita nel team Travel, la persona si occuperà del supporto all’organizzazione e gestione di viaggi ed eventi legati al Corporate e Retail. Interfacciandosi con i vari dipartimenti dell’azienda e con agenzie esterne di supporto, il Travel Intern garantirà il contributo al soddisfacimento delle richieste dei servizi di rooming e transfer per ospiti del brand e dipendenti nel rispetto della travel policy aziendale. La sede di lavoro è Solomeo (PG).

Responsabilità principali:

  • Pianificazione dei viaggi; verifica disponibilità di voli, treni, traghetti, hotel e auto a noleggio. Confronto tariffe e caratteristiche per consigliare la soluzione migliore, sempre nel rispetto della travel policy aziendale.
  • Emissione biglietti; gestione della biglietteria per viaggi, anche in collaborazione con fornitori esterni convenzionati.
  • Gestione delle prenotazioni interne; organizzazione e monitoraggio delle richieste tramite il tool di gestione viaggi, inclusa la gestione del parco auto aziendale.
  • Supporto agli eventi Corporate e Retail; coordinamento dei trasporti, pernottamenti e servizi di ristorazione per ospiti e dipendenti in occasione di eventi aziendali.
  • Assistenza e comunicazione; risposta alle richieste via mail e tramite Self Booking Tool. Condivisione di informazioni su itinerari, costi, strutture ricettive e documentazione di viaggio.
  • Registrazione e monitoraggio dei contratti con agenzie di viaggio, NCC, hotel convenzionati, compagnie aeree e ferroviarie.
  • Corrispondenza con fornitori; comunicazione costante con agenzie e fornitori esterni per garantire il buon funzionamento del servizio.
  • Monitoraggio preventivi e fatture, assicurando il rispetto delle linee guida aziendali.
  • Reportistica; raccolta e tabulazione dei dati relativi alle trasferte tramite Excel.
  • Utilizzo strumenti digitali; gestione delle comunicazioni via mail e canali Teams.

Requisiti:

  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).
  • Buona conoscenza dei servizi turistici.
  • Esperienza, anche breve, nell’organizzazione di eventi e viaggi (gradita esperienza in ambito hotellerie o agenzie viaggi/tour operator).
  • Approfondita conoscenza di Excel.
  • Spiccate capacità organizzative, di problem solving e relazionali.
  • La conoscenza di una seconda lingua è considerata un plus.

Questa posizione offre:
