Planear, coordenar e supervisionar todas as atividades diárias da linha de produção, garantindo a segurança das pessoas, o cumprimento dos objetivos de produção e os padrões de qualidade, assegurando níveis elevados de entrega e excelência operacional.

Accountabilities:

Coordenar as atividades diárias de produção, assegurando o cumprimento de planos, prioridades e objetivos definidos. Organizar reuniões diárias com as equipas para alinhamento de temas relacionados com produção, qualidade, entrega e segurança. Definir prioridades e distribuir tarefas, assegurando a eficiência da operação e o cumprimento dos prazos. Supervisionar os processos produtivos, garantindo conformidade com os procedimentos e requisitos de qualidade, e resolvendo problemas operacionais críticos. Monitorizar e atualizar os registos de produção, bem como controlar o consumo de materiais. Garantir uma comunicação eficaz com outros departamentos e representar as linhas de produção em reuniões sempre que necessário. Coordenar atividades com outros supervisores para assegurar alinhamento e eficiência global da operação. Tomar decisões e resolver problemas de acordo com políticas, procedimentos e objetivos do negócio. Assegurar o cumprimento das políticas da empresa, nomeadamente em qualidade, ética, segurança e ambiente.

Knowledge & Requirements:

  • Experiência em ambiente industrial e/ou funções similares
  • Experiência em supervisão será valorizada
  • Licenciatura em Engenharia ou área similar (preferencial)
  • Conhecimentos de ferramentas Lean / LSS (valorizado)
  • Domínio das ferramentas MS Office
  • Fluência em inglês
