Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional dealership experience.
  • Help customers explore new and pre-owned vehicle options.
  • Identify customers’ needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
  • Explain vehicle features, technology, and available options.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online.
  • Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate records.
  • Work with dealership management and finance teams throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed about vehicle inventory, features, and promotions.
  • Work toward individual sales goals while contributing to dealership success.
  • Deliver a positive, transparent, and professional buying experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Retail sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Self-motivated attitude and desire to succeed.
  • Willingness to learn about vehicles and automotive technology.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to work a dealership retail schedule, including Saturdays as needed.
