In den letzten zwei Jahren sind wir so zum drittgrößten Immobilienverwalter Deutschlands aufgestiegen - und das mit weniger als 25 Vollzeit-Mitarbeitern in unserer Zentrale.

Für unser Team Krasemann am Standort Hannover suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen engagierten Property Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Verwaltung eines Immobilienbestands von unterschiedlichen Eigentümern.
  • Kommunikation mit Eigentümern, Mietern, Behörden und Dienstleistern.
  • Durchführung von Wohnungsabnahmen und -übergaben inklusive Mängeldokumentation und -bearbeitung.
  • Steuerung von Sanierungsmaßnahmen, Bearbeitung von Schadensfällen inkl. Versicherung, sowie Prüfung und Kontieren von Rechnungen.
  • Beschwerdemanagement und Sondereigentumsverwaltung.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung in der Immobilienwirtschaft.
  • Berufserfahrung im Property Management bzw. in der Immobilienverwaltung.
  • Sicheres Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit.
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und wohnungswirtschaftlicher Software (z. B. DOMUS ERP/CRM).
