Buena macht alles rund um das Thema Immobilien so einfach und transparent wie den Kauf eines ETFs – egal, ob es um das Finden, Kaufen oder Finanzieren einer Wohnung geht. Dies erreichen wir, indem wir Hausverwaltungen in ganz Deutschland übernehmen und sie in Technologieunternehmen transformieren. In den letzten zwei Jahren sind wir so zum drittgrößten Immobilienverwalter Deutschlands aufgestiegen.

Für unser Tochterunternehmen, die Hausverwaltung Bayer, suchen wir am Standort Hamburg eine Fachkraft für die WEG-Verwaltung (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche WEG-Verwaltung für ca. 350 Einheiten (ohne Buchhaltung).
  • Leitung von Eigentümerversammlungen und Umsetzung der Beschlüsse.
  • Betreuung der Gemeinschaften und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Services.
  • Organisation von Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen inkl. Dienstleisterkoordination.
  • Kommunikation mit Eigentümern sowie Erstellung von Zustandsberichten.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Immobilienkaufmann/frau, relevantes Studium oder eine WEG-Zertifizierung (IHK).
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der WEG-Verwaltung und der eigenständigen Objektbetreuung.
  • Souveränes Auftreten bei der Leitung von Eigentümerversammlungen.
  • Starke Soft Skills wie Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte, koordinative Arbeitsweise.
