Buena (backed by GV) macht alles rund um Immobilien so einfach und transparent wie den Kauf eines ETFs. Ob Suchen, Kaufen oder Finanzieren einer Wohnung. Wir tun das, indem wir Hausverwaltungen in ganz Deutschland übernehmen und in Technologieunternehmen verwandeln. In den vergangenen drei Jahren sind wir mit weniger als 25 Vollzeitmitarbeitern im HQ zur drittgrößten Hausverwaltung Deutschlands geworden.

ÜBER DIE ROLLE

Als Head of HR (m/w/d) baust du die HR-Organisation für unsere bald mehr als 1000 Mitarbeiter, sowohl in unserem HQ in Berlin als auch in unseren deutschlandweiten Portfoliounternehmen. Da wir monatlich durch Zukäufe von Hausverwaltungen wachsen, wächst deine Verantwortung schnell mit. Um die Rolle optimal ausfüllen zu können, benötigst du starkes strategisch-/prozessuales Verständnis, arbeitsrechtliche Expertise sowie eine unternehmerisch geprägte Arbeits- und Denkweise.

VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

- Du erfindest die People-Systeme, mit denen wir auf >1.000 Mitarbeiter wachsen, und rollst sie deutschlandweit aus.

- Personio läuft bereits deutschlandweit. Mit deinem zukünftigen Team sorgst du dafür, dass die Daten stimmen.

- Du triffst die Geschäftsführer unserer Unternehmen, besprichst Personalthemen mit ihnen und baust ihre HR-Prozesse deutschlandweit um.

- Du berätst unser HQ-Leadership und unser Property-Management-Team in allen arbeitsrechtlichen Themen.

DU PASST, WENN DU

- in der Vergangenheit HR-Verantwortung über mehrere Hundert FTE hattest.

- einschlägige Arbeitserfahrung im HR mitbringst, Prozesse von null aufgebaut und volle Verantwortung dafür übernommen hast.

- Arbeitsrechtliche Expertise hast.

- in einem High-Growth-Umfeld wie einem VC-finanzierten Startup oder PE-finanzierten Unternehmen gearbeitet hast.

- Muttersprachlich Deutsch sprichst.

- jeden Tag In-Office arbeiten möchtest.
